Since 2015, RBR’s total sales volume is over $1.882,636,630 Billion. Over 45% of the sales volume is above $3M, making us the leading office for luxury sales on 30A. Notably, in 2022, Rosemary Beach Realty set a new record on Scenic Highway 30A for brokering the purchase of 115 Paradise by the Blvd, the highest priced home sale at $24 Million. This residential closing marks the third record-breaking 30A sale by Rosemary Beach Realty in the Paradise by the Sea community within the last two years. In 2020, the off-market listing of 88 Paradise by the Sea Court closed at $15.95 million, setting a new record on 30A. Earlier that same year, Rosemary Beach Realty exclusively brokered the previous 30A record sale at 181 Paradise by the Sea Blvd closing at $15.1 million. The closing on 115 Paradise by the Sea Blvd again solidifies Rosemary Beach Realty as Northwest Florida’s premier luxury real estate company.
