Design-Build-Fly sponsored by Textron Aviation; TAMU RoboMasters at Texas A & M; Underwater Robotics in California; and a top 30 finish in the nation for Grand Prix Engineering. These are a few of the ways our Competition Teams are learning teamwork, honing real skills and putting them into practice each year. Our teams base their operations at the Branam and Kremer Innovation Centers (BIC & KIC) where they have access to workspace, teaching, tools, and machines.

When you put an energized group of students into a shared living space — great things happen. In residence halls, resident assistants and sophomore advisors shape community. Together, students participate in the homecoming events, 24-hour “Greatest Floor” competition, intramural sports, and even floor dinners. You’ll find your place at Rose.

WE ARE CUTTING-EDGE

Rose has one of the nation’s most recognized programs for internships, co-ops, and undergraduate research experiences. Students also have access to innovative programs like our Entrepreneurial Studies minor, Rose Innovative Student Entrepreneurs (RISE) organization, and ESCALATE, a living-learning community focused on entrepreneurship that offers academic guidance, mentoring, and workshop opportunities.

50Rose-Hulman Ventures welcomes as many as 50 students each summer for consulting internships, working for real clients in a world-class innovator space.

Noblitt Scholars are highly motivated and self-directed learners who identify an area of interest, develop expertise in that area and turn passion into action. Scholars have access to leadership training, travel, faculty mentoring, and enhanced scholarships.
