Study Abroad
Students have study abroad and international travel opportunities in every major. Past trips include the chemistry of food in Japan, sustainability in Belgium and the Netherlands, practicing mechanical engineering in Germany, and global engineering in Kenya. Hands-on Learning
Capstone and senior design projects, undergraduate research, community service projects, and inclass and lab assignments all challenge you to learn by doing. It’s done in spaces equipped with 3D printers, CNC lathes, spectrometers, wind tunnels, engine testing labs, structural testing labs and more – spaces usually reserved for graduate students at other universities.
