WELCOME to the first edition of MARBELLA East

Marbella and the Costa del Sol have been home to me since 1986 when moved to Cabopino from the UK with my family. Cabopino really was a “hidden gem” in those days, and all that existed were a couple of bars and restaurants overlooking the marina. It was idyllic and felt like our very own piece of paradise.

Fast forward 30 years. Cabopino still retains much of its original charm but now offers a fabulous choice of waterfront restaurants, vibrant bars, a long, sandy beach and a wide selection of superb properties. It’s an excellent place to live or spend a holiday. And that’s why we have an office here. With over 20 years experience in the real estate industry on the Costa del Sol, we decided to specialise in buying and selling Marbella East properties because this beautiful part of southern Spain offers so much.
