EDUCATION PROGRAMME
EXHIBITION Children are masters of experiential learning and art fosters this process. In order to celebrate this talent and provide opportunities for local, rural schools to engage with professional artists, Roscommon Arts Centre with the support of Creative Ireland developed “Artschool Takeover”; a project which sees three professional artists “takeover” a rural national school for an entire day to create work with the students. Join us for the launch of the Artschool Takeover Exhibition featuring work by the students of Cloontuskert National School and the premiere of a newly made film of the project at Áras an Chontae Rosocommon.
