EMPOWERING YOUNG WOMEN TO DISCOVER THEIR PATH Rosary Academy’s Pathways Program helps students discover their academic interests, deepen their strengths, and prepare confidently for college majors. Through structured coursework, guided exploration, and meaningful learning experiences, students uncover where their passion meets purpose – gaining the knowledge, skills, and direction needed to thrive in college and beyond.

TURN YOUR CURIOSITY INTO A COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE The Pathways Program is designed to support students as they explore subjects they love and begin shaping potential college majors. Each Pathway offers a sequence of coursework, academic enrichment, and experiential learning that builds strong foundations for college success.

Explore Academic Interests Students identify subjects that spark curiosity and align with future majors.

Build Foundation Skills Communication, critical thinking, collaboration, and analytical reasoning are strengthened through Pathway coursework.

Engage in Meaningful Learning Labs, projects, performances, and research deepen understanding and prepare students for college-level expectations.

Experience Fieldwork & Academic Application Students participate in fieldwork, observations, and hands-on academic lessons that bring classroom learning to life and support informed major selection.

PATHWAYS TO YOUR FUTURE COMPUTER SCIENCE Students develop strong foundations in programming, computational thinking, and problem solving — excellent preparation for computer science and technology majors.

ENGINEERING Hands on design challenges and analytical coursework introduce students to engineering principles that support future STEM studies.

LAW Students strengthen research, writing, and argumentation skills through mock trials and legal studies — ideal for political science, pre law, and humanities majors.

LEADERSHIP Focused on communication, ethics, and organizational skills, this Pathway prepares students for majors in business, communications, political science, leadership studies.

MEDICAL Advanced science coursework and clinical exposure help students build strong foundations for biology, nursing, and pre health majors.

PERFORMING ARTS Students refine artistic technique and performance skills, preparing them for college programs in music, theater, and dance.

SPORTS MEDICINE Coursework in anatomy and physiology supports students interested in kinesiology, athletic training, and health sciences.

Because of Pathways, I was introduced to course rigor and expectations similar to what I would experience in college. As a student in the Medical Pathway, I learned the importance of using my voice and the benefit of reaching out to others, especially when looking for internships related to my field of interest, veterinary medicine. With the help of faculty running the Pathways program, I was able to develop confidence in myself and realize the importance of asking for help, especially when pursuing experiences that may be challenging but beneficial in creating progress.”
