MISSION STATEMENT The mission of Rosary Academy Athletics is integrated with our school’s Christian values. It is our hope that each student athlete will demonstrate a positive Christian approach to athletics; grow in relationship to other athletes both within and outside of the school environment; learn to adjust to the successes and struggles in life; and learn to recognize and develop in herself those qualitites that will make her a better person.

ABOUT US Since becoming a founding member of the nationally-recognized Trinity League, Rosary teams have been ranked in OC’s Top 10 in basketball, golf, soccer, softball, volleyball, and water polo. We have produced individual league champions in cross country, golf, swim, track, and tennis, and have sent dozens of athletes into the college ranks over the last few years. Our basketball team won state championships in 2017 and 2019. In 2020, we were Trinity League Southern Regional champions and shared the state championship after winning the southern regional title. Additionally, our water polo team won the CIF-SS Division III crown, Rosary’s third water polo championship.

Sports medicine is practiced by board-certified athletic trainers (ATC) who collaborate with physicians to optimize activity and participation of athletes. Athletic Training encompasses the prevention, diagnosis, and intervention of emergency, acute, and chronic medical conditions. Rosary Academy’s Sports Medicine staff strives to provide student-athletes with personalized attention and quality medical care that promotes a healthy lifestyle as well as safe and effective athletic participation. Rosary Academy is fortunate to have a superior team of physicians from St. Jude’s Medical Group willing to see Rosary athletes in addition to our athletic trainers on campus. 1340 N.
