CENTENNIAL CAMPAIGN R OSARIAN ACADEM Y
For nearly a century, Rosarian Academy has provided a foundation for generations of students inspired by its Dominican identity and Gospel values. Our students’ accomplishments and alumni legacy are the markers of our success. Former students have confirmed their faith in Rosarian by enrolling their children and grandchildren, while current students are distinguished through admittance into the most soughtafter local high schools and boarding schools across the nation. With faith in our foundation as Palm Beach County’s premier independent Catholic School, we are excited to boldly step into the future and embark on the next 100 years.
A dream envisioned for decades has now come to fruition. Rosarian Academy has purchased all the properties between 7th and 8th streets on Olive Avenue and now owns the entire contiguous city block surrounding the school. Our Board of Directors, Centennial Campaign Committee and the Rosarian community at large have reimagined the campus and developed a phased plan with groundbreaking set for May of 2023.
Our goal is to provide students with the tools to become resourceful leaders who work for the good of others through rigorous academics, enriching arts, competitive athletics, and faith-based instruction. We invite you to join us as we continue to grow as the premier educational institution at the center of a vibrant community.

I’ve proudly supported Rosarian Academy since 1988, when my oldest daughter began in its Montessori program. In the past 35 years of involvement as a parent, board member, and now grandparent, I have had the privilege of seeing Rosarian grow and prosper while continuing the rich traditions established by the Adrian Dominican sisters. It is an exciting time of unprecedented growth in our community, and it is more important than ever that Rosarian, as it approaches its 100th year, continue to provide a foundation for life for generations to come.
I am thrilled to support the Centennial Campaign and the bright future Rosarian has planned for its next 100 years and beyond.”

To assist you as you consider your pledge, we have provided some giving plan options. Please consider if one of the following or similar plans best fits your budget and desire to support “the school we love so well.”
As you discern your pledge amount, please consider the following:
• Your commitment may be paid in one payment or up to 60 payments over a five-year period.
• We will send you regular payment reminders in accordance with the payment schedule you choose.
• Our Centennial Capital Campaign is a special project that requires funding over and above our typical annual revenue streams. As you budget your pledge, please anticipate that we will continue to invite your support of our annual Rosarian Fund as well as the annual auction & ball throughout the duration of the campaign.

Frequently Asked Questions
Question - What are all Rosarian Academy’s expansion and renovation plans under the Centennial Campaign?
Answer - Rosarian Academy has split its expansion into two phases. In Phase 1, the school plans to enclose the current employee garage and construct a ten-classroom (7 Early Childhood and 3 Kindergarten) Montessori Center with flex space, new adjacent playgrounds, and a Director’s office. The vacated kindergarten and Toddler House classrooms in the Lewis building will become first grade classrooms, which will make ample classroom space for three homerooms in grades two through four. In phase two, the school plans to: reconfigure the front hardscape, which will add parking and more traffic lanes to be used for pickup and dropoff, erect three new canopy-covered walkways connecting campus from Lewis Hall to the Stockard & Picotte buildings, renovate and transform the vacated Children’s House classrooms in Lewis into a spacious aftercare room, and raze the current buildings along Olive Avenue (800, 804, 808, and 810 N. Olive Ave.) and replace them with a new employee parking lot and regulation field with stands and a scoreboard so all practices and games will take place at Rosarian Academy. The new field will allow for lower school intramurals and more athletic opportunities on the existing Smith Moore Pracitce Field. With both phases complete, Rosarian’s campus will be securely enclosed within one contiguous city block with all traffic and parking located outside of all fences.
Question - Am I being asked to contribute to the Centennial Campaign in addition to my current level of annual giving to the school via campaigns such as the Annual Fund and Auction & Ball?
Answer - Yes, Rosarian Academy depends on annual giving to supplement its operating budget and provide the Rosarian experience for each student. We ask for your generosity in giving to this capital campaign in addition to your current annual giving to the school.
Question - How much money, in total, needs to be raised to complete all these projects?
Answer - Rosarian Academy’s targeted goal at this time for all phases is 10 million dollars. This target amount reflects current pricing and accounts for some potential minor cost fluctuations. While Rosarian Academy has made every effort to acquire an accurate cost projection, the possibility remains that unforeseeable circumstances could affect the total cost of the project.
Question - Ideally, when will the project be completed?
Faith
Answer - With Rosarian Academy celebrating its centennial in the 2025-2026 academic year, the school’s goal is to kick off the celebration with a ribbon cutting on the new field in August 2025.
Question - If the Centennial Capital Campaign does not reach its monetary goal by the intended date, will the project remain on hold until the funds are raised?
in our FutureCENTENNIAL CAMPAIGN R OSARIAN ACADEM Y
Answer - No, Rosarian Academy is in strong financial position and is able to begin the first phase of the project without all the funds raised. However, as our supporters show “Faith in our Future,” we also are showing faith in our supporters as we are depending on reaching our monetary goal to complete this project without leveraging the school into poor financial position.
Question - Is Rosarian Academy the only school in West Palm Beach with expansion plans for early childhood education?
Answer - Yes, currently Rosarian Academy is the only school in West Palm Beach with plans to expand its early childhood program.
