Hi, I’m Jessie! I created Root & Branch as a celebration of the relationships we have with one another and with the Earth.
In every item I create, I aim to celebrate human connection and cultivate a sense of love and responsibility for our beautiful planet. For this reason, I use 100% PCW recycled papers and strive to offer minimal, recyclable, and plastic-free shipping and packaging across our line. It is a joy to work with other creative, inventive businesses this season. I’m excited to work with you!

In order to maintain our current wholesale prices, we cannot accept orders below our listed minimum order quantities and case packs.
SHIPPING
All costs, both the order total and shipping costs, will be charged prior to shipment, unless payment terms have been extended in advance. Our standard shipment method is UPS ground for all shipments.
Any international shipping fees, duties, or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Root & Branch Paper Co. is not responsible for carrier delays or damage. All orders ship from our fulfillment team based in Frostburg, Maryland.
Expedited shipping may be available upon request and additional cost.
PAYMENT
Payment is accepted via card, check, or ACH transfer. We will send an itemized invoice with a payment link via email before order shipment. Payment terms may be extended to qualified buyers. TURNAROUND + CANCELLATIONS
Turnaround time is 1-3 business days from order submission. Larger orders may require additional lead time. Please contact us regarding specific delivery dates. Cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted by email within 24 hours of order placement.
BACKORDERS
On occasion, certain items may be out of stock. If you accept backordered items, the remainder of your order will continue to ship. Once an item is back in stock, we will ship it out at our expense. If you do not accept backordered items, we will cancel those items from your order.
RETURNS + DAMAGES
We do not accept returns on wholesale orders unless items have been damaged in transit or are defective. The quality of our products is extremely important to us, and we work hard to ensure each order meets our quality standards. However, should you need to make exchanges, please let us know within 5 business days of receipt. All merchandise must be returned unused and in its original packaging and condition, and free from price stickers or branding.
DISPLAY + ONLINE SALES
All items must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. To reduce packaging waste, we strive to package our items plastic-free or as close as we can get it! We do package our cards in recyclable clear sleeves as this has been found to be the best solution for now. We’re on the hunt for a better packaging solution longterm!
Please contact us about selling on your own e-commerce sites, and if you’d like to use our product photos. We have tools to make this easier for you! Please note that reselling Root & Branch Paper Co. products on third party sites such as Etsy, Amazon, and eBay is prohibited.

All Root & Branch items are designed by hand using a combination of traditional printmaking methods and digital illustration tools.
In the creation of our products, we work with other small businesses, using sustainable materials and practices whenever possible. We strive to use minimal plastics in our packaging, and we use 100% recycled papers in our line. We meticulously research and choose to partner with manufacturers who share our values and commitments to sustainability, providing you with beautiful products that are high-quality and consciously made.
