Introduction
The REP is made up of Rooftop customers and scrutinises Rooftop services to residents. It will work alongside our Customer Panel in ensuring that Rooftop has residents at the heart of decision-making. The Resident Excellence Panel (REP) will identify services to review, investigate those services and report with recommendations for improvement.
