Chick quality
Once almost all the chicks are dried off, they are pulled, checked, and selected. Many abnormalities or deficiencies can be traced back to the incubation process. In many cases, the chicks are then treated, vaccinated, and/or sexed. The day-old-chicks are kept in a holding area before transport to the broiler or rearing farm. copyright protected
