: WHO AR

RE WE?

WE ARE EXPLORERS. WE ARE OPTIMISTS. WE BELIEVE IN POSSIBILITIES.

9

10

Possibilities, opportunities & challenges inspire us. We chase the unexpected. We weave elements together in bold ways to create environments specif ic to a community, delightful and perfectly surprising. ENOCHDECO is a group of innovative pioneers, space planners, and strategists with a collective commitment to design beyond the ordinary. Our portfolio of Places spans diverse genres, built on the attributes of creativity, experiences, and team culture. What do we believe in? We have a deep and intrinsic interest in people, rooted in values like curiosity, identity, championing experience, pioneering fresh ideas, and tailoring solutions. While these values embody interior construction, they come from a rich, localized approach, and tenacity to pursue the new in an increasingly homogenized world. We desire to use our deep knowledge of retail, leisure, and entertainment spaces to promote experiential qualities in a rapidly changing and digital world.

11

: HOW? CURIOSITY.

12

We dig deep and dream big. We are excited by new and the unknown. We put ourselves into the solution and help those around us think more deeply about possibilities and opportunities. 13

: WHAT? IDENTITY.

14

We believe in understanding the unique needs of people specif ic to time and location. We are committed to developing solutions that are embedded in local culture, delivering a greater sense of identity, place and ability to connect.

15

: WHEN? EXPERIENCE. We believe you need to experience something to understand it. We champion unique experiences that engage with human emotion. We draw on everything and we know to surpass expectations.

16

17

18

: WHERE? PIONEERING. We believe in choreographing the future. We question the status quo and are committed to innovation. We have the determination and vision to seek out fresh ideas that haven’t been thought of before. 19

20

: WHAT ELSE? TAILORING. We are highly skilled and take great care in creating custom concepts that draw on the depth and breadth of our craft. Our work comes from the heart and is executed rigorously to ensure our ‘big ideas’ perform. 21

DESIGN/ WITH PURPOSE.

22

We’ve been shaped by the spirit and attitude of the founders. We at heart, the focus remains on the craft of design and the ability to realise and articulate our creative ideas. Enochdeco designs workplaces that provide sustainable environments and flexible workplace solutions built for longevity, productivity, and enjoyment. We believe that a built space should not only reflect but also enhance an organization’s culture and values. Businesses today face an unprecedented mix of social, economic, environmental, and technological challenges. Our diverse staff of multi-disciplinary experts in the f ields of architecture & interior design, workplace strategy, change management, brand integration, and furniture coordination help our clients to meet these challenges.

HEADQUATER - HONG KONG This vibrant city launched ENOCHDECO’s f irst off ice in 1999. From this hyperconnected hub, we have tapped into a historical period of rapid urbanization, from Southern China to South East Asia. Founded in a deep knowledge of retail, our focus this past decade has been about impacting neighborhoods through a vertical mixed-use strategy. The future of the region, and ENOCHDECO’s close ties through Hong Kong, extends Placemaking principles into transport, off ices, and more livable densif ication of cities. 24

25

CULTURE/ Starting with a Vision We use an urban planning approach to design our mixed-use projects around the city. This means starting with an exploration of how people will use the place and followed by an intense study of how it can be designed to enhance people’s everyd ay lives and invigorate their city. All in the details Our exploration at the start of any project begins with visiting the place and surroundings to take in all of the sights, sounds and smells to formulate contextual inspirations. We’ve collected different colors of sand, fabrics, and textiles from surrounding neighborhoods to inform the color palette of a project. Works From decades in over 500 projects, we have collected mountains of drawings, research, and models. We have our extensive works archived in our headquarters so our designers will have ready access to the volumes of materials. Intensive Charrette For all of our projects we often develop our design process through an intensive design study session. This occurs in our studio spaces. We invite clients who are visiting from around the world to come into this studio to participate in the immersive environment.

STORIES/ Conversations Archive Like most things, good design benef its from talk. One of the great perks of being an EnochDeco designer is the opporturnity it affords of talking to interesting and creative people. Visits Whether adventuring to far-flung destinations, or poking down an unfamiliar block across town, a designer in the f ield is a different kind of traveler. These off-center travelogues reveal the best accessory you can take on a trip: an artist’s eye. Musings Because the world of design intersects at many points with other worlds, people at ENOCHDECO tend to have thoughts about fashion, politics, food, art, f ilm, urban planning, sports, engineering, science, - this list could go on and on… Creative Outlets You might think people who spend the whole day designing new spaces go home each night creatively exhausted. Not so. The urge to make something, once awakened, can’t be shut off. In that sense every designer is a sorcerer’s apprentice.
