I can describe myself as someone with a very curious nature, Learning design was also because of this nature. I believe creating design is not any individual’s job, it involves a whole process and teamwork. I believe that a designer is always in a learning process and I always try to keep learning. One of my basic Idea is, to create designs that are sustainable and closer to nature.

The Design of the BUILDING has to act as a tool that reflects the uniqueness of the Walled city and its history. The walled city is the most oldest and sustainable space in the city. The new design should respect the older structure and so the design was made sustainable to cater to the historical context. The idea is to create a space where one can communicate with each other and experience their surroundings. BRIC The same size of brick was used in the design process The main element used was BRICK, so the final structure is vernacular, the mud of the walled city is used to bake the bricks. The structures are extracted from the ground and then erected by converting the mud into the bricks (archaeo The design is conducted to maintain an experience with the surroundings, built (archaeological site), and buildings around it. The buildings are placed in a way that views of Wazir khan mosque can be seen from most of the parts of the buildings artists’ studios have been given utmost importance while considering views and their functions.
EASY AND HARD ACCESS ZONE The site is surrounded by mixed-used spaces, mostly residential. there are many ways to enter the site, to keep the privacy of the residents intact, mapping was conducted to design the entrance accordingly.
CONGREGATIONAL NODES The walled city is known for its terraces and courtyards, this all makes this area very connected, they have strong communicaton with passers-by and each other. Created buffer zones around the site by placing buildings intact together, and to create comfort level for people residing in, still used the rotated geometry for views
HAPTIC ZONES The Delhi gate area has most of the structures before partitions, the Wazir Khan Mosque was constructed in 1642. The textures these buildings have don't exist anymore.The rich smell of limestone and mud bricks is very rich along with the smell of spices due to the nearby spice bazaar.
THE SITE The site lies just 100 m north of Wazir Khan Mosque and hammam. The oepnings are design keeping in mid the views of majestic mosque and shahi hammam
PUBLIC / PRIVATE ZONES Keeping in mind the functions iof the new structures, difference access zones were design as per the need.

Maximize Intake of natural light,Private outdoor space that helps the house stay appropriately warm or cool without the need for heaters and air conditioners
Central space can be used as small sitting spaces, adding a jacaranda tree add some natural greenery into the house along with a pop of colour in some seasons. To create more contemporary, minimalistic approach to the interior of the house.The arched hallways leads to the Private area of the home.They act as orientation and to create a segregation between Private and semi-Private area of the house.To bring in natural light and create a connection between the indoors and the outdoors.

Most efficent pattern to serve areas without any overlap. Utilizes maximum use of a given area. Shorter distances that a person would have to walk or drive from one point to another. More architectural and artistic possibilities over ordinary plan. Three way intersection.
