Aprovecha el momento! que es el significado del título de esta editorial, y que puede definir perfectamente la situación de la hostelería desde nuestro punto de vista, el entretenimiento.

Instalados en el éxito de nuestros negocios en estas últimas temporadas, no hay motivos para la queja, pero nos enfrentamos a un futuro incierto. Un tema a destacar es la proliferación de las marcas hoteleras que vienen con recetas normalmente precocinadas que en múltiples ocasiones no coinciden con la satisfacción de los clientes habituales. Y aunque las dignas intenciones sean de modelar el producto con la máxima eficacia, no siempre se produce con la satisfacción deseada, en especial en los establecimientos donde el cambio SURGE A RAÍZ DE LA REFORMA INTENGRAL PARA LA ADAPTACIÓN DE LA NUEVA MARCA, una situación que produce una travesía entre los clientes repetidores y los de nuevo cuño.

No está claro tampoco el futuro en las necesidades de los clientes “contaminados” cada vez más, por las redes de la información que producen cambios a una velocidad de riesgo en la forma de percibir el momento actual, tanto en la forma de percibir el entretenimiento como en el resto, en general.

En nuestro grupo empresarial, donde afortunadamente nunca se acaba el verano, ya estamos disfrutando CON ÉXITO de formaciones que vienen a ser la culminación de una forma de entretener basada en la música en vivo, que hace unos años presentamos COMO NOVEDOSA con el sello Mood Music con todos los honores y hoy esta consolidada especialmente en la hotelería más exigente.

En lo que respecta al catálogo que tiene en sus manos, como se verá al revisarlo en profundidad, ESTAMOS CRECIENDO en todas las delegaciones pero especialmente en lo que se refiere a las shows-band interpretando los temas en riguroso directo, SIENDO LA FÓRMULA hoy más que una tendencia.

También son destacables dos nuevos shows, MILLENNIAL’SHOW y TURN THE FUNK ON que por su concepción van focalizados a un público con fechas de nacimiento comprendidas desde 1980 hasta 1995, más comúnmente llamados Millennials y que a base de experiencias que ya estamos teniendo podemos asegurar que darán mucho juego.

Hay cosas que nunca pasan de moda como los viejos rockeros, como la música de este genio musical artista versátil y creativo apodado como El Camaleón del Rock DAVID BOWIE, que nos acompaña en la portada de este catálogo conmemorando que hace tan solo un año que nos dejó.

Un Artista al cual admiramos y seguimos su estela especialmente por su gran capacidad para reinventarse y adaptarse muy convenientemente a todas las tendencias por las que fue transitando.

Carpe Diem, the title of this editorial, could also be used to accurately define the current state of the hotel industry as seen from our perspective, that of entertainment.

Immersed as we are in the success of our recent business ventures, we certainly have little reason to complain. That said, however, the future that awaits us is an uncertain one. With regard to this, one element worthy of note is the proliferation of hotel brands offering ‘precooked’ recipes that, in many cases, fail to take into account the level of satisfaction offered to returning customers. And while the noblest intentions may be to shape the new product as effectively as possible, the result is not always the desired one, and more so in those establishments in which changes HAVE BEEN THE RESULT OF COMPREHENSIVE REFORMS THAT HAVE BEEN IMPLEMENTED IN AN EFFORT TO ADAPT TO THE NEW BRAND NAME – a situation that often gives rise to dissociation between returning guests and the new owners.

Neither is the future clear regarding the needs of guests who have been ‘contaminated’ to an increasingly greater extent by information networks that generate spectacularly rapid changes in the way we perceive the moment at hand, and by this we mean both our perception of entertainment and our perspective in general.

In our business group, where thankfully the summer never ends, we are already enjoying significant SUCCESS with formations that have resulted from a style of entertainment based on live performances – formations that we presented as NEW ACTS with full honours just a few years ago under the label Mood Music and that have since consolidated themselves in even the most discerning establishments.

As you will no doubt realise after a thorough reading of the catalogue you now hold in your hands, WE ARE EXPANDING on all fronts, but most notably in the area of live performance show-bands, which today constitute a FORMULA rather than a mere trend. Also worthy of note are two new shows, MILLENNIAL SHOW and TURN THE FUNK ON, both of which target audiences born between 1980 and 1995, more commonly known as Millennials, and who, if recent experience is anything to go by, have a lot to offer.

Some things never go out of style, like aging rockers, or DAVID BOWIE, the versatile, creative genius known as the Chameleon of Rock who graces the front cover of this catalogue in commemoration of his fateful passing just a year ago.

Here was an artist we always admired and whose example we wish to follow for his ability to reinvent himself and adapt effortlessly to any genre he desired.
