Roman Vintfeld Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Powerus As Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Powerus, Roman Vintfeld brings to his present work a career built on putting artificial intelligence and machine learning to use in supply chain, marketing, and sales operations. He is a New York-based business executive, and parts of his professional record list him as Roman Vinfield. Roman Vintfeld also serves as Chief Executive Officer of BrainChain.AI, a position he has held since 2023. BrainChain.AI applies artificial intelligence and machine learning to supply chain management and logistics. The company's stated goals are threefold: to reduce supply chain disruption, to increase efficiency, and to help companies deliver commodities to global brands and governments. For Roman Vintfeld, the role is a continuation of the focus on AI and machine learning that marked his earlier work in lending and sales, now pointed at how goods move. To understand how he arrived at these roles, it helps to look back at the industry where he spent much of his career. Financial services has been the main setting of his professional life, and his experience there reaches into business and consumer lending, merchant cash advance, payment processing, wealth management, mortgages, credit services, and debt consolidation. His entry into financial technology came with a background in digital marketing, lead acquisition, and enterprise sales systems. In every one of these fields, his work has concentrated on building sales and marketing organizations and scaling them. It was in that world that he saw what AI could do for a sales operation. While running a merchant cash advance business, Roman Vintfeld adopted the AI sales assistant technology developed by Conversica, and his customer acquisition costs fell by 85 percent. The experience made a recurring problem clear to him. Direct lenders and brokerages struggled to ensure that every lead got consistent, persistent follow-up. He responded by founding AI Assist, with the aim of bringing that same approach to the broader financial services market. Roman Vinfield served as President of AI Assist beginning in 2016. AI Assist worked in partnership with Conversica to launch the Conversica AI Sales Assistant for financial services. Its intended users were alternative finance companies, merchant cash advance lenders and brokers, mortgage lenders and brokers, merchant processors, equipment leasers, debt consolidators, and student loan providers. The assistant handled follow-up on leads and incomplete funding applications automatically, replied to customers, and notified a salesperson once a prospect was ready to move forward. In August 2017, Roman Vinfield was a speaker at B2B LeadsCon in New York. His next chapter began in 2020 at WeShield, an organization that entrepreneurs founded to provide aid to frontline workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. He joined as Chief Revenue Officer and later took on the role of Chief Executive Officer. WeShield was ranked No. 53 on the Inc. 5000 list during his time with the company. WeShield also helped lead a roundtable discussion in Davos, Switzerland, in January 2023, on support for Ukraine during the Russian invasion. Roman Vinfield took part. He spoke about the link between

Ukraine's economic recovery and how the war ends, and about the global consequences when Ukraine's exports are disrupted. He also noted the organization's partnership with the mayor of Kyiv and the Ukrainian Congress Committee of America to donate medical supplies. That concern for Ukraine reflects a broader part of his life outside business. Roman Vintfeld is a co-founder of Worldwide Friends, a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) emergency response organization providing aid to people affected by international conflicts. With his wife, Danielle Vintfeld, he co-founded Ukraine Friends, a humanitarian mission operating under the Worldwide Friends 501(c)(3). Ukraine Friends unites several organizations to provide aid and equipment delivery, evacuation services, and ambulance support to the people of Ukraine in response to Russian aggression. By the organization's count, the mission has delivered more than 30,000 individual first aid kits, more than 50,000 wound kits, more than 10,000 children's travel and hygiene kits, 1,200 train kits, more than 60 mobile surgery kits, and 23 ambulances. It has housed more than 10,000 refugees, and its efforts have supported the evacuation of more than 30,000 people since the war began. Worldwide Friends has also taken its work to Israel, where the Israel Friends initiative raised $6.4 million for the Israeli people in its first two weeks and provided 240,000 pounds of aid, including more than 10,000 bulletproof kits. Roman Vinfield shares his views on technology and leadership through his X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Medium profiles. His posts have dealt with AI in advanced manufacturing, automation in logistics, supply chain resilience and application uptime, and digital transformation, as well as leadership subjects like balancing compassion with accountability on a team. He was also interviewed for Authority Magazine's series on creating a culture of courage, which explored how workplace authenticity benefits people and profits alike. He holds a bachelor's degree in business from Baruch College of the City University of New York. The way Roman Vintfeld leads is shaped by his belief that anyone can make a difference by becoming involved with something they care about. He looks for team members who work that way, develops them, and gives them the support they need to become autonomous as quickly as possible. That outlook runs through both his executive roles and his humanitarian work, which have centered on helping others and helping people reach their full professional potential.
