In this position, he implemented cost-cutting measures that saved $364,000 in one year and led a team of 14 internal auditors across multiple sites. Before becoming a Quality Systems Manager, Rolf was a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, developing internal quality manuals and coordinating with external certification auditors. He initially joined the company as a Senior Applications Engineer, operating metrology equipment and conducting research at SEMATECH, a semiconductor consortium based at SUNY Albany.
