The Sale is available in our shops as they safely reopen, and we are very much looking forward to seeing you again. Before making a special visit, it’s worth checking online or giving our customer service team a call to get the very latest information.

The Sale order line is open 24 hours a day. Please have your customer number (which can be found on the back page of your catalogue), your choices, the product codes and your payment details to hand – we’ll do the rest.
Temporary reductions
You’ll notice that some Sale items in this mailer are listed as TEMPORARY REDUCTION
You’ll need to be quick if you want these, because they will be returning to their full price during the Sale period.
Delivery
Standard UK delivery is charged at £3.95. For our priority service, orders need to be placed before 2pm and are charged at £5.95.
Deliveries may take a little longer than usual to arrive at this time. As you’d expect, our warehouse is operating in strict accordance with the latest government advice on safe working practice, which means there could be a short delay to processing and delivering your packages. Should circumstances change causing a further delay, we will contact you individually.
If you need to return your order to us for any reason, you can do so free of charge.
Deliver to store
When placing your order online or by phone, you can choose to have it sent free of charge to one of our Rohan shops. This should take up to five working days, but may take a little longer given our new working practices. One of the shop team will give you a call as soon as it’s ready for collection.

What’s new this season.
Long-time Rohan gear guy and outdoor nut Craig shares his new season favourites.
I started out with Rohan almost 30 years ago in the Brighton store and since then my career has taken me to manage the shops in Norwich, Cambridge, Covent Garden and Ambleside. From store management I moved up to Area Manager – my patch stretches from Shrewsbury to Inverness and I have no doubt seen many of you in the stores over the years.
Recently I have been lucky to be invited by Design to sit on their range review meetings, representing not only my own view of the range but also as a direct mouthpiece for the feedback I get, both from store visits in my area, and also from the ‘customer feedback’ system that each store has on their tills.
