Rohan products are designed and manufactured to be as functional, comfortable and durable as we know how. If for any reason they don’t live up to your expectations, we will be amazed, disappointed and keen to know why. We will then offer you a replacement, a refund or a repair. Damage from wear and tear will be repaired for a reasonable charge. We absolutely do our best to delight you with our service. If we haven’t, please let us know. It’s the only way we’ll get better.
Shipping
Your order will be despatched direct from our warehouse in the UK. Most parcels will be delivered within 10 business days. We charge a flat rate of $25 for shipping on orders under $100. The shipping charge is non-refundable.
*To qualify for free shipping you need to have spent $100 or over after any discounts have been applied.
Returns
If you are not entirely happy with your order, simply return it to us in the condition you received it within 30 days and we’ll happily exchange or refund you in full. Please call 800 334 3750 or email us@rohandesigns.com to arrange for a free returns label to be sent to you. We aim to process your refund within 14 days from receipt into our returns department.
