The Sale order line is open 24 hours a day. Please have your customer number (which can be found on the back page of your catalogue), your choices, the product codes and your payment details to hand – we’ll do the rest.
Delivery
Standard UK delivery is charged at £3.95. For our priority service, orders need to be placed before 2pm and are charged at £5.95. During Sale periods we aim to deliver within 5 working days, but please be aware this timescale may be affected due to virus restrictions.
Deliver to store
When placing your order online or by phone, you can choose to have it sent free of charge to a Rohan shop. This should take up to five working days. One of the shop team will give you a call when it’s ready for collection. Please bear in mind local lockdown rules, which may hamper this service – these are uncertain as we go to print.

To make things easier in the current situation, online or phone orders can be returned for free.
