Delivery
Our standard charge is £3.95 to mainland UK addresses. We also offer a free Deliver to Store service. We will give you a call when your order is ready for collection.
Returns or Exchanges
Please package the clothes carefully and include your exchange/re‑order form which came with your original delivery. Use recorded delivery or something similar. If it’s more convenient, take them into your local shop.

Rohan products are designed and manufactured to be as functional, comfortable and durable as we know how. If for any reason they don’t live up to your expectations, we will be amazed, disappointed and keen to know why. We will then offer you a replacement, a refund or a repair.
