Crafted with local herbs and seasonal tinctures, the venue’s mixologist, Timmie Hoffman, will wow your guests with innovative cocktails. Sip on the Lavendula’s Tease, a classic French 75 with a hint of lavender simple syrup, the La Brewja made with Rolling Still Red Chile vodka, coconut milk and a dash of Xocolatl bitters, or the Applewood Smoked Manhattan infused with earthy notes and served with an orange twist.
