Rideshare drivers could unionize in Illinois under bill passed by General Assembly

Over the past five months, a sea of rideshare drivers in yellow T-shirts flooded the Illinois state Capitol almost weekly, lobbying for the right to form a union. They may be able to do so soon, after Illinois lawmakers passed a bill giving them that ability in the final hours of the spring session.

House Bill 5090 would regulate how rideshare drivers can form a union, elect union representatives and engage in union activities such as collective bargaining.

The bill passed the House 83-28 early Monday morning and now heads to the governor. It passed the Senate 42-12-1 earlier on Sunday afternoon.

Rideshare drivers say a union is necessary because under federal law, they’re defined as independent contractors, despite having little control over work practices while working for companies like Uber and Lyft. That makes a statewide union their only option to collectively bargain and form a labor agreement, they say.

“This goes back to a fundamental belief that when workers are able to organize and have a collective voice, that does lead to better wages, benefits and working conditions,” bill sponsor Sen. Ram Villivalam, D-Chicago, said. Rep. Yolonda Morris, D-Chicago, carried the bill in the House.

Forming a union

“This legislation is urgently needed as drivers face declining wages, rising vehicle costs and unsafe working conditions without basic protection or a real voice on the job,” Morris said.

Drivers who are interested in forming a union would need to follow specific guidelines to do so: They would have to obtain signatures in support from 10% of active drivers to show interest, then 30% to become a certified union. From there, the union can petition the Illinois Labor Relations Board to conduct an election for individual union representatives. Those thresholds are lower than in other labor sectors, but they were chosen because this industry is so new, Villivalam said. Union membership would be voluntary.

Every four months, transportation network companies — defined as entities providing rides through a digital platform, not including taxi associations — that provide the top 95% of rides would need to give the ILRB contact information for all drivers who, in the past six months, completed 10 or more rides in Illinois.

The board would determine the median number of rides completed by that population, and any driver who completed that number or more would be considered an active driver and would be eligible to join the union.

Like any other organization with unionized employees, these companies would be required to adhere to fair work practices, negotiate in good faith, provide timely and accurate information to the union and follow other standard labor regulations. They could be fined by the

This bill also includes a 4-cent-perride charge to the companies, to cover the implementation costs under the bill and for a grant program, a charge that companies are prohibited from passing on to the consumer. The grant program, Rideshare Workers Support Fund, would be managed by the secretary of state and paid to the union representative.

The bill also regulates how the ILRB and the Department of Labor would handle bargaining mediation, arbitration, labor agreements and unfair work practices.

The path to unionization

Rideshare drivers in Illinois have pushed for unionization rights since early 2019, initially beginning in the city of Chicago. In rallies and committees, drivers have told stories of dwindling wages and a lack of access to appeals for deactivations.

“Let’s be honest, we don’t operate independently at all. We don’t set our own wages. We don’t control the rules. We don’t decide who is deactivated and how they’re punished. The algorithm, the corporations do,” Brett Currin, a rideshare driver, said at a January rally at the state Capitol.

The bill does not address those issues specifically, but through a union, drivers would be able to negotiate with their company on those issues.

“Hearing these (constituent) stories and then working with organized labor to craft a product that they had already been working on to move forward, really is what this is stemming from,” Villivalam said.

Villivalam, who represents parts of the northwest side of Chicago and its suburbs, said his district has the largest number of rideshare drivers in Illinois.

The Illinois Drivers Alliance led the effort throughout this spring, backed by the local International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, and the Service Employees International Union Local 1, two unions representing thousands of workers across the Midwest.

California and Massachusetts have also passed similar measures, with Massachusetts certifying their statewide union just last week, on May 26.

Ukraine hits Russian energy targets and denies striking Kremlin-occupied nuclear plant

KYIV, Ukraine (AP) — Kyiv on Sunday launched new strikes overnight on Russian energy sites. It has also denied Moscow’s claims that a Ukrainian drone struck the Russian-controlled Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant.

Ukraine’s General Staff said Ukrainian drones struck the Saratov oil refinery in southwestern Russia, causing a largescale fire. It claimed the refinery has been supplying Moscow’s war effort.

The refinery belongs to Russia’s state oil enterprise, Rosneft. Local Russian Gov. Roman Busargin said Ukrainian drones had damaged civilian infrastructure, but did not give details. Astra, an independent Russian news channel, said an oil refinery was on fire in the city of Saratov.

Ukraine has stepped up its attacks on Russia’s oil and gas facilities in recent months, arguing the energy sector funds and directly fuels Moscow’s more than four-year invasion.

“Tonight, our soldiers applied Ukraine’s long-range sanctions against an oil refinery in Saratov, Russia — approximately 700 kilometers (435 miles) from the front line. A significant achievement,” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy wrote on social media on Sunday.

Drone debris also set fire to a fuel depot in Russia’s southwestern Rostov region, which borders Russian-occupied eastern Ukraine, Gov. Yuriy Slyusar reported on Telegram on Sunday. He said residents of nearby homes were evacuated.

Ukraine’s General Staff on Sunday confirmed its forces were behind the strike on the facility in the town of Matveev Kurgan. Local authorities said a drone strike on the depot had caused a large-scale fire across a wide area.

According to its General Staff, Ukraine also struck the Lazarevo pumping station in Russia’s Kirov region northeast of Moscow, more than 1,200 kilometers (745 miles) from Ukrainian-controlled land. The station helps ship Russian oil from Siberia to Belarus.

Regional Gov. Alexander Sokolov said drones had hit a facility in the Kirov region, without giving further details.

Russia says a Ukrainian drone struck a nuclear plant

Kyiv denied that a Ukrainian drone

struck the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant, Europe’s largest. Russia’s state nuclear energy company, Rosatom, said on Saturday that the drone exploded after tearing a hole in the wall of a turbine hall. Rosatom’s CEO Alexei Likhachev accused Ukraine of a deliberate attack.

“This afternoon, a Ukrainian kamikaze combat drone struck the turbine hall building of Power Unit No. 6, resulting in a detonation,” Likhachev said. He added there was no damage to main equipment.

Ukraine’s military said it did not target or strike the plant, describing the Russian claim as “yet another propaganda ploy.”

A military statement said that it adheres to international humanitarian law and is aware of the “consequences of any actions targeting nuclear facilities.”

Rafael Grossi, head of the U.N. nuclear watchdog — the International Atomic Energy Agency — expressed “serious concern” in a post on X following the incident.

The IAEA said in a statement Sunday that its inspectors at the plant “observed damage to the exterior of a turbine building” that was “consistent with the impact” of a drone. It gave no details of where the drone may have come from, but said radiation levels at the site remained normal. It added that its inspectors had requested access to the inside of the turbine hall for further examination.

Russian forces captured the Zaporizhzhia plant in the early weeks of the war, and it remains close to the front lines in the southern Zaporizhzhia region, one of four Russia has formally annexed despite lacking full military control or international recognition for its actions.

The nuclear plant has repeatedly come under fire since Russia’s full-scale invasion in February 2022, sparking fears of a nuclear accident. Moscow and Kyiv have blamed each other for targeting the plant.

Zelenskyy claims Russia treats abducted Ukrainian children ‘as combatants’

In an interview broadcast Sunday, Zelenskyy told CBS News’ “Face the Nation” that Russia treats abducted Ukrainian children “essentially as combatants,” claiming Kyiv has evidence they are being trained to fight against fellow Ukrainians.

“They taught these children to hate

their native country, to hate (their) native people. And Ukrainians, can you imagine, such young Ukrainians — young boys — come to the battlefield and kill (other) Ukrainians,” he said.

He also alleged that Russians have separated abducted Ukrainian siblings, adopting them out to different families, and offered to trade some children for captured Ukrainian soldiers in prisoner swaps.

“There are hundreds of examples of such steps by Russia,” Zelenskyy said, without specifying what evidence his government had.

Since Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, tens of thousands of children have been unlawfully deported or forcibly transferred to Russia or Russian-held territories in eastern Ukraine.

Earlier this month, the European Union imposed sanctions on 16 officials accused of helping the abductions, claiming many children had their identities changed or were put up for adoption.

Sanctions were also slapped on seven centers suspected of indoctrinating the children or training them to serve in the armed forces, either for Russia or pro-Russian militias inside Ukraine.

The International Criminal Court has issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin for war crimes, accusing him of personal responsibility for the abductions.

Deadly drone attacks continue

Elsewhere, Ukraine’s air force said Sunday that it had shot down 212 of 299 drones launched by Russia overnight. It said 14 drones had reached their targets, while drone debris fell in five locations.

A truck driver died early on Sunday as drones hit a parking lot in Ukraine’s northern Chernihiv region, according to local administration head Vyacheslav Chaus.

Russian drones struck the city of Dnipro and an oil refinery in Ukraine’s Rivne region, causing fires, authorities said. The head of the Dnipropetrovsk region, of which Dnipro is the capital, said later on Sunday that one person was killed and nine were injured in Russian attacks in the province.

Property tax debt sale reform will allow homeowners to keep more of their equity

Illinois could soon reform the state’s regulations on delinquent property tax sales after the House approved a bill 80-35 along party lines Saturday evening that lets homeowners keep their equity.

House Bill 4537 makes various changes to the regulations for selling property tax debt. The key change is if a homeowner fails to pay their debt in an initial redemption period, and their property is seized and sold, they will receive any surplus funds left over from the auction.

That change will bring Illinois — the last state to do so — into compliance with the 2023 Supreme Court decision Tyler v. Hennepin County. Previously passed by the Senate, the bill will now head to the governor.

In Tyler, the court decided that the sale process violated citizens’ right to fair compensation for government seizure of property and ruled any surplus funds from the property sale must be returned to the owner to reimburse the equity they had in the property.

The new regulations would give certain counties the chance to purchase those debts themselves and offer more opportunity for the homeowners to pay back their debt.

The Senate passed the bill 56-1-1 on Thursday. Sen. Chapin Rose, R-Mahomet, voted no, and Sen. Willie Preston, D-Chicago, voted present, out of concern that the changes won’t work.

“We have done what we could to try to address as many concerns as possible, to try to address as much as we could, to try to ensure that people who are unfortunately in a position of losing their homes because of delinquent property taxes, have an ability to recoup some of the surplus once those properties are sold,” said the bill’s sponsor, Sen. Celina Villanueva, D-Chicago.

Process reforms

When an owner falls behind on property taxes, the county clerk can place a lien — a legal claim against a person’s assets to ensure their debt is paid — on the property. These liens can be sold as tax certificates in annual sales, often to third parties who hike interest rates and charge steep fees.

The property owners are given a redemption period at this point to pay off the debt, during which buyers must meet specific deadlines notifying the owner of the process steps. If the homeowner still can’t pay the debt, then the tax buyers can seize and resell the property.

In that way, tax buyers can obtain a property for just the cost of the debt, regardless of the property’s market value or equity the homeowner had invested.

Villanueva’s bill addresses the issue by both restructuring the way counties handle tax debt sales and giving homeowners the right to be reimbursed for their equity.

“That was always my north star in this, is how do I protect people, how do I help people,” Villanueva said. “It’s always been them.”

Counties with more than three million residents — effectively just Cook County — can take part in a pilot program during the next six annual sales by obtaining up to 100 tax certificates on certain low-tax, homestead properties. They would need to submit an annual report to the General Assembly detailing how many certificates the county acquired, what happened to them and where the proceeds went between the taxing district and the property owner.

That report will inform lawmakers if the new process works or whether a trailer bill is needed, House sponsor Rep. Curtis Tarver, D-Chicago, said on the floor Saturday night. Following the next six sales, those counties would be required to adopt the process.

“Cook County initially wanted the ability to take all tax certificates. … The pushback was to allow them to have a pilot program,” Tarver said. “Then (they) would report back to the General Assembly annually, and this will allow us to have an opportunity to see if that pilot program is in fact working, and if they have the ability to really scale up to take on all of the tax certificates.”

Some lawmakers pushed back on this model, however: “In six years, Cook County’s going to do something completely different than the other 101 counties in Illinois, and I just don’t think that that makes sense,” Rose told Capitol News Illinois on Friday.

Outstanding certificates

In February, Villanueva sponsored a bill that extended Cook County’s scheduled property tax sale to buy time while lawmakers negotiated this bill. Cook County was the focus in many of those negotiations, in part because it has significantly more outstanding certificates than any other county.

Lawmakers approved a similar bill in April, House Bill 799, but that bill only fixed the process moving forward, leaving those outstanding certificates in limbo. Then on May 11, a federal judge ruled the

Cook County Treasurer’s office is liable to refund the money property owners lost in the tax sales between the Tyler decision and now.

This bill modifies the sales-in-error regulations to create a new category for any current outstanding certificates to be automatically declared in error, meaning those sales will be reversed, tax buyers will be refunded and the process will restart under the new statute.

There are also provisions extending the initial tax redemption period by six months to a total of three years and establishing a surplus equity fund for those who’ve lost their home in the past two years. That fund would be supplied by a set of fees charged to the tax buyers.

Buyers in counties of more than three million residents, essentially Cook County, must pay 5% of the total taxes, interest and penalties for a certificate, capped at $1,000, plus an additional 5% of the taxes, interest and penalties. Buyers in smaller counties must pay a flat $20 fee. When the certificate is issued, buyers in counties larger than three million residents must pay $1,000 and those in smaller must pay $500.

Some Republicans, including Rose, cast doubt on how effective the bill would be because of those fees.

“If the tax buyer doesn’t get repaid their money, who’s going to ever buy taxes?” Rose said.

The Illinois Tax Purchasers Association is opposed to the bill, out of concern that the surplus equity fund fees will impact their business model and drive

tax purchasers out of the state, Rep. Steven Reick, R-Woodstock, said on the floor Saturday.

“I understand the concern of pushing, you know, the tax buyers completely out. Somebody’s got to pay the taxes, right?” Tarver said. “That’s why we understand that the purpose of the pilot program is to ensure that ... if Cook County really is focused on keeping homeowners in their properties, and they believe they have the ability to do that, then let’s see that proven.”

The bill also establishes new notice requirements to ensure that property owners know their rights, how to get help paying their tax debts and what could happen if they don’t.

Negotiations

Illinois is the last state to come into compliance with Tyler because, despite years of negotiations between lawmakers, stakeholders and advocates, those involved struggled to find a statewide solution.

“90% of the bill, everybody was in agreement with,” Villanueva said. “The question was, how do we ensure that we have a policy that is statewide that works for everybody, because the county (Cook) is always going to be slightly different than everybody else.”

Rose, Villanueva and Preston each said they support larger property tax reforms in the future to address why residents are falling behind on their payments in the first place.

Renewables, a better investment for the global economy

According to an article from May 16th in John Day’s Blog that the existing war over resources is not a war between nations but a war between four competing visions of what capitalism should look like, who should run it and the terms under which the rest of us should live. The article claims that the organizers of the four interest groups have national bases, and are transnational in their operations. They are based in Davos, Washington, Silicon Valley and Beijing.

Each of the four groups has the power to block the actions of one another but none of them have been able to force the others to operate under their preferred rules. The dollar ordered world had operated under the rules of the United States because they were able to force others to cooperate with them following WW2. Economist Michael Hudson believes the war in Iran is an attempt on the part of the U.S. to maintain control of the world’s oil trade. The outbreak of the war in Iran is seen as disrupting the previous existing

Energy & Environment

balance of power creating shock waves throughout the global economy. Art Berman, a U.S energy analyst sees the war as issuing in a new world energy order but it remains unclear what that will be. However, the International Energy Agency declared that the war in Iran as the greatest global energy security threat in history.

The short term consequences of the war in Iran are already hitting home, with shortages of oil, liquified natural gas, diesel, sulfur, fertilizers, helium and other essential parts that flow through the Straits of Hormuz With limited essential resources like diesel, fertilizers and pesticides food supplies will be limited and more costly. Added to food concerns is the possibility that crop yields could dramatically drop due to the impacts of climate change from storms, floods, droughts, heat waves and fires.

Not knowing what lies ahead, individuals and communities can prepare to some extent for a less energy intensive lifestyles and implement personal and local solutions. While the global economy remains highly dependent on fossil fuels,

Bill McKibben reminds us that energy from the sun and wind are the least costly and fastest growing sources of power on the planet. In his book Here Comes the Sun he describes the desperate fight on behalf of the fossil fuel industry and their supporters to delay the transition to renewable energy sources. In contrast to the federal policies McKibben describes how solar power is a path out of the climate crisis and a chance to move the world toward a cleaner, safer and more humane sustainable path for civilization.

McKibben cited an interesting figure to make the case for a solar future. For example, he points out that there are far more kilowatts of energy produced by the sun on a daily basis than all the planet’s reserves of coal, oil. natural gas and uranium contain. The first solar cell was produced in 1954 at the Bell Lab in New Jersey converted 6% of the energy from the sun striking its surface into electricity. By 2025 some solar panels were able to convert 25% of the solar energy reaching them into electricity and some experimental cells in research labs are reaching 40%.

Another set of interesting points was made discussing the benefits of powering vehicles with electric motors rather than combustion engines. The drivetrain in an internal combustion engine can have up to 2000 parts where as an electric motor has about 20 moving parts. Electric vehicles also have regenerative brakes which generate electricity to recharge the batteries when the brakes are applied.

McKibben believes we need to convert our economy to one that relies on electricity as quickly as possible to avoid the threat of increased damage that comes from accelerating our consumption of fossil fuels. He closes his book by acknowledging he feels it is too late to stop global warming but urges us to continue to pursue a saner civilization based on solar energy.

While the energy transition has slowed down in the U.S. the global transition continues. Susanna Twidale reporting on Reuters that in the month of April more electricity was generated globally from wind and solar energy than natural gas for the first time.

AI as global cold war or cooperation

The effort to install data centers in Illinois and elsewhere has given rise to citizen effort to hold them accountable

. The Illinois Clean Jobs Coalition seeks to pass a bill known as the Power Act to ensure that data center pay their fair share, invest in their own clean energy and don’t raise our utility bills. By the time this article is published the fate of the Illinois bill will be known.

In an article by J,I. Bernstein, The AI Cold War Has Four Fronts: The U.S. is Ahead on AI and Behind on Everything that Powers It., he sees the situation described as a competition between China and the U.S. over AI. Which country gets to superintelligence first will be seen as a winner. Bernstein sees the competition occurring across four fronts, The U.S. leading the First Front of Superintelligence. The Second Front is AI Infrastructure: The Chips and the Capex. While the U.S. appears to be a year ahead but China seeks

to buy Nividia leading chip from the U.S. If the Nivida chip is not sold to them, China will make their own version of the chip.

The Third Front is Rare Earth and China dominates the supply and processing of the global supplies of the eight essential minerals. China controls over 98 percent of the global supplies of Gallium nitrate used in high-frequency chips used in the AI buildout. Over the last 15 years the Pentagon has spent billions on rare earth refining startups but the desired capacity has not been reached.

The Fourth Front is Energy. Electricity is essential to provide the power to operate the data centers. China leads the world in the production of electricity from renewable energy sources. It has more renewable capacity than the combined renewable capacity of the EU, UK and the US. Yet China continues to use coal to fuel electrical generation.

While the U.S. leads on superintelligence technologies, China has built the physical infrastructure essential to the AI revolution and established a

revenue stream to continue supporting its development.

In the pursuit of AI leadership environmental deterioration from the impacts of climate is accelerating. The UK and EU are in the midst of another heat wave, Illinois has had an usually dry and hot month of May which could extend well into summer, the arrival of El Nino is expected to bring massive rainfall to California.

Another aspect of the AI race is what energy sources, renewables or nuclear and fossil fuels, will be used to provide the electricity for the data centers.

The current U.S administration favors using nuclear power and fossil fuels and reduced its support for renewable energy.

Despite the limited Federal support the push to transition to renewable energy sources is highlighted in the May 26th, 2026 report from the Sun Day Campaign. Electrical generation by renewables expanded more than 11% and provided nearly 29% of the U.S total in the first quarter of 2026. Over this year the U.S. EIA

projects that new utility scale solar, wind and battery storage capacity will grow by more than 80 GW by March of 2027. (One Gigawatt is estimated to provide 876,000 American homes with electrical power for a year.)

The EIA and FERC project that the strong growth in renewables and batteries throughout 2030 and beyond. When growth in new small scale solar capacity is added to the projections the capacity of new renewables will exceed that of natural gas by early 2027.

By casting AI as a winning take all contest as well as nuclear and renewables as competitors serves to obscure the necessity of cooperative actions to reduce the risks of ongoing wars and the damage to people and the health of the planet from the over consumption of resources. The need to redesign the global economy to be far less energy intensive remains yet is not occurring at a fast enough rate to avoid the worst impacts of climate change.

Aqua Illinois’ improvements have increased reliability and enhanced process improvements for source-of-supply and water treatment. They have included distribution system improvements to enhance water quality. Depending upon the nature of service provided in your community, examples may include: Wastewater

• Wastewater treatment plant improvement projects to replace aging and deteriorating equip-

ment, which will prevent service interruptions and improve operational efficiency

• Lift station replacement projects to replace undersized and/or aged equipment to reduce and minimize service interruptions and backups

• Infiltration and Inflow reduction projects to extend service life of infrastructure and reduce costs associated with treatment

• Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) projects to replace obsolescent data collection and historian equipment to increase service reliability and operational effectiveness

Water

• Water treatment plant additions to improve water quality, increase capacity and reliability, and accommodate industrial growth

• Improvement of well pumps and equipment to increase reliability and sustainability

• Replacement of aged water meters to improve accuracy of water usage data and reduce non-revenue water

• New and replaced fire hydrants to improve fire protection and water quality due to additional flushing capability

• Replacement of aging and deteriorating water mains to improve water quality, pressure, service reliability, and fire protection services

• Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) projects to replace obsolescent data collection and historian equipment to increase service reliability and operational effectiveness

For customers other than single-family residential customers receiving water and wastewater service from Aqua Illinois, an option exists to install a separate irrigation meter to mitigate volumetric wastewater charges on irrigation and other outdoor uses.

Aqua Illinois will provide the irrigation meter; however, customers are responsible for any applicable charges, such as plumbing necessary to accommodate the irrigation meter, proper backflow prevention, and monthly customer charges. For single-family residential customers receiving water and wastewater service from Aqua Illinois, summer wastewater usage charges generally are based on the average water usage in winter months, a period in which outdoor watering activities are minimized. This methodology for calculating wastewater usage charges is known as historical based consumption and is detailed further in the Company’s Tariff.

Customers can receive more information or request an irrigation application by calling 877.987.2782. ICC ROLE

Please be advised that the ICC may alter or amend the rates or conditions of service after hearings held pursuant to 83 Ill. Adm. Code 200, and may increase or decrease individual rates in amounts other than those requested by the company.

ACTIONS YOU CAN TAKE

Any interested party may file a petition to intervene in the hearings pursuant to 83 Ill. Adm. Code 200. Pursuant to Section 8-306 of the Public Utilities Act, 220 ILCS 5/8-306, customers may request that the ICC hold a public hearing related to the company’s rate request. A copy of the proposed change in rate schedules may be inspected by any interested party at the business office of the company at 1000 South Schuyler Avenue in Kankakee, IL. All parties interested in the matter may obtain information with respect thereto either directly from Aqua Illinois or by addressing the Chief Clerk of the Illinois Commerce Commission, 527 East Capitol Avenue, Springfield, Illinois 62701.

TAURUS

Strong emotions may surface, but your determination will help you overcome current challenges. A move or career change will bring you closer to a long held dream. Stepping outside your comfort zone will be essential for true growth.

GEMINI

Thoughts and reflections on love will consume your headspace. Some romantic relationships may create anxiety because they demand real commitment. To move forward with confidence, take a step back and assess each situation clearly.

CANCER

Your health will be a top priority this week. A balanced diet will help you reach your personal goals. You may also consider starting a homebased business. However, you’ll need patience and strong organization before it becomes a stable source of income.

LEO

Your selfconfidence will soar, positively influencing your decisions. Those close to you will express appreciation and affection, reinforcing your improved selfimage.

VIRGO

Family matters will demand your attention. To help ease tensions with a loved one you disagree with, you’ll need to stay calm and distance yourself. If you’re planning a move, your anxiety will spike. However, preparation will greatly reduce your stress.

A concern may weigh heavily on your shoulders, but you’ll find a sympathetic ear. You’ll speak honestly and share your feelings without hurting anyone. Open and respectful communication will lead to peace and mutual understanding.

SCORPIO

You could suddenly receive the answer to your financial or emotional difficulties, possibly through a dream. This revelation will bring clarity. Events will gradually fall into place, allowing you to better understand and reorient your current situation.

SAGITTARIUS

You’ll realize that staying still leads nowhere. You’ll face your fears with determination and move confidently toward your goals, turning obstacles into meaningful opportunities.

CAPRICORN

Your creativity and artistic talents will become a big part of your life. You may even consider volunteering for a meaningful cause. You’ll sharpen your intuition, revealing inspiring abilities that guide your path.

AQUARIUS

You’ll need to reconsider certain friendships that no longer align with your values. To protect your relationships, avoid lending money. Honesty and transparency will help you build strong, lasting and mutually enriching friendships.

PISCES

You’ll be given new and rewarding responsibilities at work. If you’re looking for a job, a promising offer with good working conditions will come your way. A loyal friend will support you in your efforts, opening the door to excellent opportunities.
