Say goodnight to Discovery Town: Wear your favorite pajamas for an evening at the museum as you say “goodnight” and “goodbye” to our favorite pint-size city, Discovery Town, on Friday, May 19 from 6-8:00 pm. In addition to enjoying a final visit to Discovery Town, guests can explore the night sky with a planetarium show and nibble on a bedtime snack before heading home to dreamland! The Goodnight Discovery Town event and activities are included with Discovery Town admission: $11 for the Public and free to Museum Members and all children ages 1 and younger. The last day of the temporary exhibit is Monday, May 29. Discovery Town is sponsored by Associated Bank, Smith Charitable Trust and JL Clark. About Discovery Center Museum Discovery Center Museum is a children’s science museum providing math, science and art experiences for all ages with over 250 hand-on exhibits, planetarium, special area for children ages 6 and younger, and an outdoor science park. Discovery Center Museum is the nation’s 5th Best Museum for Families according to USA TODAY/10Best.com, and one of 12 museums included in Forbes.com’s article, The 12 Best Children’s Museums in the U.S. In 2020 Discovery Center earned Trip Advisor’s Travelers Choice distinction.
