HAWKLET LEADERSHIP FUND

EXCELLENCE. VIRTUE. FAITH.

The Hawklet Leadership Fund was established in 2025 as a way to provide concentrated and strategic support for athletics and co-curricular activities at Rockhurst High School . These gifts will be donor-designated to support annual operations and, at times, strategic initiatives . They will not be used to fund non-annual operations wish lists from coaches or moderators . The Rockhurst spirit comes alive when students thrive in athletics and co-curricular activities . . . The Hawklet Leadership Fund makes that possible by creating community engagement and supporting student well-being . “Getting involved with activities helped me develop confidence, leadership, and relationships that will last a lifetime. Football and Choir have helped me mature and form skills outside of just academics. These experiences have made my time at Rockhurst more meaningful and have allowed me to give back to the community in a bigger way.” –James O’Farrell ’27

With time-tested success stories across multiple sports and co-curricular activities, a philanthropic gift to Rockhurst High School athletics and co-curricular activities is an investment in today’s students, as well as allowing future Hawklets to succeed at The Rock .

Consider that in the 2025-26 academic year, among 852 total students, 585 participated in athletics and 351 participated in a MSHSAA co-curricular activity (Music, Scholar Bowl, Speech & Debate, Theatre) .
