We believe transferring to Rockhurst should be simple, streamlined and student focused. As a Rockhurst student, you’ll get the benefits of a world-class education and the unmatched RU experience while saving time and money.

If you’ve earned an Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree from a regionally accredited community college, you’re eligible for the block transfer program. You can apply your degree toward a bachelor’s in any one of our 75+ quality academic programs, saving you time and money while you pursue a world-class education at RU. You just need to complete a few more classes to complete the Rockhurst core curriculum.

NEED-BASED GRANTS Awarded to selected students who demonstrate financial need and meet the Rockhurst financial aid guidelines. Students must submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to be considered.

HAWK FUNDS Grant awards from Rockhurst University based on our own financial need qualifications that extend beyond state and federal eligibility.

PHI THETA KAPPA | $24,000 Awarded to transferring students with proof of membership. This supersedes any other scholarship you receive from Rockhurst.

FEDERAL AND STATE GRANTS Gift aid awards like Pell Grants, SEOG and more are provided by the U.S. Department of Education. Other awards like Access Missouri are provided by the state and offered to qualifying Missouri residents attending an in-state institution.

Awarded by the Rockhurst University athletic department based on athletic ability.
