Dear Runners, Walkers, and Community Members, Welcome to the Irondequoit 10K and 2 Mile! As we gear up for race day, I want to take a moment to thank you for being a part of this incredible community event.

I am thrilled to share that we are anticipating record-breaking numbers this year. It is incredibly rewarding to see this race continue to grow year in and year out. Whether you are returning to tackle your personal best or joining us for the very first time, your enthusiasm and support are what make this event so special. The energy you bring to Irondequoit is unmatched, and it is a privilege to watch this local tradition expand.

This year is particularly historic as we join the nationwide celebration of America 250. Running together is a fantastic way to honor the spirit, endurance, and unity of our country on its 250th anniversary.

To mark this milestone, we are excited to hand out a beautiful finisher medal to every single participant crossing the line in both the 10K and the 2 Mile. We introduced finisher medals last year, and we are so glad to continue the tradition so you can take home a well-deserved piece of hardware to remember your accomplishment and this historic race. Thank you to our incredible sponsors, our dedicated volunteers, and to all of you for lacing up your shoes and showing up. We couldn't do this without you.

FAQ & PARKING

01. Where do the races start?

Both the 10k (8:15am) and 2 mile (7:45am) start and finish at the Irondequoit Town Hall.

02. Are there water stops?

There are three water stops along the course.

03. Is there a 10k time limit?

There is a time limit of 1.5 hours for the 10k.

04. When is packet pick-up?
