The award will also recognize and celebrate future leaders who demonstrate leadership excellence, commitment to service by contributing their time improving the quality of life of others in the community, and achieving personal and professional growth and recognition.

The Rochester Chamber IGNITE Award, introduced to our community in 2019 by Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, recognizes future leaders in the 21 to 40-year-old range.
