This project renovates an 11,000 SF building from the 1870s, along with a new 3,000 SF second-floor addition. Our design reveals and restores the building’s original stonework, celebrating its historic character. The completed space will feature two restaurants on the first floor and a tequila bar on the second floor.

The performing arts campus consists of a music, drama, poetry and art hall. Each provide educational and performing spaces. Each hall represents on of the local heroes and its design follows the work of each hero.
