HEADQUARTERS VISITOR CENTRE, DUBLIN
Thousands of contractors and wholesalers visit our Dublin Visitor Centre every year. This state-of-the-art, interactive space enables customers to explore products across our brands, take part in demonstrations, and provide direct feedback. Our product development teams conduct regular focus groups with visiting electricians, ensuring product innovations are shaped by real-world installer insights.
‘THE BEAR’ VISITOR CENTRE, LIVERPOOL
Opened in April 2026, our new UK Visitor Centre builds on the success of our Dublin facility, strengthening BEX Group’s contractor-focused model through a professional space for engagement, training and customer feedback. The centre includes a collaborative product experience space, dedicated meeting rooms, and a 50-person training area. This new facility represents a significant strategic investment in our UK infrastructure and forms a key pillar in our long-term growth strategy.

JOHN FORD, TECHNICAL TRAINING MANAGER
BEX Group Academy is our online learning platform, developed to support electricians at every stage of their professional development. It provides a comprehensive range of CPDaccredited courses and training modules covering lighting, circuit protection, and heating.
From foundational modules to advanced masterclasses, the Academy supports continuous learning and industry-recognised accreditation. All content is delivered in a flexible, accessible format, enabling electricians to upskill at a pace that suits their working schedule.
BEX Group Academy is led by John Ford, Technical Training Manager, who brings nearly two decades of industry experience. His career spans from apprentice to wholesale branch manager and training specialist, providing him with a strong practical and commercial understanding of the sector.
John has delivered training to over 1,600 students across 15 colleges and is committed to supporting the development of the next generation of electricians. Through the Academy, he ensures that learners, distributors, and installers are equipped with the knowledge and confidence required to succeed in the industry.

Our Customised Conversions Department specialises in transforming pre-existing lighting products and building customised consumer units to meet specific project requirements. We also offer a bespoke lighting retrofit service and time-saving solutions such as cut-to-length LED strip. Our team has over 70 years of combined experience in the conversions industry, with most members working with us for over 10 years. This depth of expertise ensures a reliable, consistent approach to delivering high-quality, tailored solutions.
HEATING DESIGN
Supporting both commercial and residential projects, our Heating Design Service delivers effective and efficient heating solutions for new builds and renovations. Each design is tailored to the space, taking into account key factors such as room dimensions, glazing, insulation levels and heat transfer from adjacent areas. Our dedicated team carries out full heat loss calculations and detailed system design to ensure optimal comfort, energy efficiency, and performance.
LIGHTING DESIGN
Our Lighting Design Team transforms spaces from purely functional to impactful, combining creativity with industry best practice. With experience across commercial, industrial, residential, retail and hospitality projects, as well as healthcare, education, religious and recreational settings, we apply a practical, well-rounded approach to every design. Using leading software, we produce accurate 2D and 3D visuals, including mock-ups and renders, with free designs available for standard projects and a fast 24-hour turnaround.
ZIIGNA CUSTOM LINEAR LIGHTING
ZIIGNA transforms standard linear lighting into fully continuous systems using linkable light modules and a wide range of connectors. Multiple module lengths and versatile connection options enable seamless layouts in a wide variety of shapes and configurations. Our online ZIIGNA builder provides a simple way to explore and customise designs, supporting the creation of tailored linear lighting solutions.
SPORTS LIGHTING SOLUTION
To meet the demands of modern sports lighting, we provide a complete, endto-end solution, from initial lighting design and specification through to installation guidance and aftercare support. Our specialist teams deliver practical, compliant solutions that address performance, energy efficiency, and long-term maintenance. At its core is STADION, our modular LED sports lighting system engineered to scale from small courts to full-size pitches.

Our methodology covers:
Scope 1: Direct emissions generated by our operations and activities (e.g., fuel combustion, refrigerant leaks).
Scope 2: Indirect emissions from the energy we consume (electricity, heat or steam).
Scope 3: Other indirect emissions across our upstream and downstream activities (e.g., transportation, purchased goods and services, and emissions associated with sold products).
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (ISO 14001) ROADMAP
ISO 14001 is the international standard for environmental management systems, supporting organisations in managing and continually improving their environmental impact.
BEX Group is progressing towards alignment with ISO 14001 across all entities over time.
ESG is a journey—and we are building momentum. As we evolve, we will expand the scope of our environmental management system and support each business in progressing towards certification through a phased, practical rollout.
