BEX GROUP LOCATIONS BEX Group operates from a 100,000 sq. ft. headquarters in Dublin, home to specialist teams in Customised Conversions, Lighting Design and New Product Development, alongside an interactive visitor centre and fully integrated Irish warehouse.

CONTRACTOR-LED DESIGN IN ACTION In 2026, we expanded with a 108,000 sq. ft. warehouse and visitor centre in Liverpool, a strategic investment that strengthens our UK infrastructure, enhances customer engagement, and supports our long-term growth.

HEADQUARTERS VISITOR CENTRE, DUBLIN Thousands of contractors and wholesalers visit our Dublin Visitor Centre every year. This state-of-the-art, interactive space enables customers to explore products across our brands, take part in demonstrations, and provide direct feedback. Our product development teams conduct regular focus groups with visiting electricians, ensuring product innovations are shaped by real-world installer insights.

‘THE BEAR’ VISITOR CENTRE, LIVERPOOL Opened in April 2026, our new UK Visitor Centre builds on the success of our Dublin facility, strengthening BEX Group’s contractor-focused model through a professional space for engagement, training and customer feedback. The centre includes a collaborative product experience space, dedicated meeting rooms, and a 50-person training area. This new facility represents a significant strategic investment in our UK infrastructure and forms a key pillar in our long-term growth strategy.

CUSTOMISED CONVERSIONS Our Customised Conversions Department specialises in transforming pre-existing lighting products and building customised consumer units to meet specific project requirements. We also offer a bespoke lighting retrofit service and time-saving solutions such as cut-to-length LED strip.

Our team has over 70 years of combined experience in the conversions industry, with most members working with us for over 10 years. This depth of expertise ensures a reliable, consistent approach to delivering high-quality, tailored solutions.

HEATING DESIGN Supporting both commercial and residential projects, our Heating Design Service delivers effective and efficient heating solutions for new builds and renovations. Each design is tailored to the space, taking into account key factors such as room dimensions, glazing, insulation levels and heat transfer from adjacent areas. Our dedicated team carries out full heat loss calculations and detailed system design to ensure optimal comfort, energy efficiency, and performance.

LIGHTING DESIGN Our Lighting Design Team transforms spaces from purely functional to impactful, combining creativity with industry best practice. With experience across commercial, industrial, residential, retail and hospitality projects, as well as healthcare, education, religious and recreational settings, we apply a practical, well-rounded approach to every design. Using leading software, we produce accurate 2D and 3D visuals, including mock-ups and renders, with free designs available for standard projects and a fast 24-hour turnaround.
