We wanted to take a moment to shine a very welldeserved spotlight on three of our incredible team members: David Ruiz, Juan Pablo Ríos, and Carol Calixto. They’ve been absolute rockstars in our Learning and Development Team, especially in shaping and building the Quality Analyst role from the ground up.
Thanks to their dedication and hard work, they’ve really helped define the tasks, responsibilities, and protocols that make this role such a valuable part of our team. This is on top of our existing Yelp and Google review incentives—please send reviews and the screenshot, case ID, and review link, over to Nikki. Make sure your name in mentioned! *Valid until end of September.
2. Yelp Reviews – $500 Bonus
Remember: Yelp reviews must stick for at least 30 days to qualify for the $500 bonus. Share this link with clients:
