Robert Walker Epps is a self-driven football coach with an MBA and six years of experience. A lifelong athlete, he’s been playing football since the third grade, beginning with the North Hall Junior Trojans. Beyond coaching, Robert enjoys the outdoors, self-taught piano, and sports video games. He inspires young athletes with his staircase analogy: “Focus on the next step and trust the process.” His dedication builds both athletic skills and strong character in his players.
