A. PURPOSE

The purpose of this policy is to outline the conditions under which a student who has previously withdrawn from a Robertson program can apply to re-enroll in that program or another Robertson program.

B. SCOPE

This policy applies to all students who have previously withdrawn from a regulated program at Robertson and who would like to re-enroll in the same or a different program within two years from their withdrawal date.

C. DEFINITIONS

Student A student is an individual who has applied for admission, is currently enrolled, or has previously been a student at Robertson College.

D. POLICY

1. Re-enrollment in the same program

A student can apply to re-enroll in the same program that he/she withdrew from if

the following apply: ‘

● The student has not been out of the program for more than two years

● The student does not have any outstanding accounts with the College

*If the program curriculum changes between the time of student withdrawal and re-enrolment, credit transfer eligibility may be impacted depending on the extent of the revisions.

**A waiting period may be required depending on the circumstances of the withdrawal.

Exceptions:

● Students re-enrolling in the Pharmacy Technician Diploma must complete the program by the end date stipulated on the enrolment contract and within 4 years as required by the CCAPP.

2. Re-enrollment in a different program

A student can apply to re-enroll in a different program if they meet the entrance requirements for that program

*A waiting period may be required depending on the circumstances of the withdrawal
