Citizen Voice is a digital survey tool to collect spatial information from citizens. Citizen Voice is a bottom-up initiative started by academics at TU Delft. The project has received support from various bodies but is still an early-stage initiative. The survey designer (e.g., researcher or urban planner) creates a survey in our online platform. The survey is distributed to respondents (citi-

zens). Respondents reply. The survey designer downloads the data. The survey designer analyses the data. The outcome is the collected data. KPIs can be: the number of respondents, the spatial distribution of the respondents, the representativeness of the respondents across socio-demographics.
