The project aims to address the problem of declining public transportation in San Miguel de Tucumán, a common issue in Latin American cities. A mobility plan was developed, and a linear urban master plan was created to establish an intermodal point of circulation, with the Miter station as the focal point. The project also includes adapting the old station building, preserving its historical and spatial heritage by repurposing it as the Sunchales commercial and cultural promenade.

The concept arises from a reinterpretation of the traditional railway stat on. The waiting hall, instead of receiv ng all the trains frontally, rises and allows the flow of machinery below it In this way a stratification of circulations is produced
