This project is located in Iraq , Baghdad , in the Jadriya area . The project is designed to be a closed swimming pool and a gym , the project area is 2650 sqm , the project spaces are :-

Design this project by harmoniously combining two shapes of rectangle and curve . The Tigris River , which is located in the place , was used to be the main interface through it and to be overlooked by the cafeteria and the swimming pool

The site is located in Iraq, Baghdad, Al-Jadriya area.

The site›s surroundings are distinguished\ significant, such as, The Tigris river, AL-Nahrain university, AlJadriya bridge and The university of baghdad. also, there are many service building and restaurants near it. the most important feature of the site is that it has a nice view of the Tigris river.

Environment study Noise North-western wind path

South-eastern wind path Sun path after analyzing the direction of the wind and the sun, we find that the cold winds are from the north and north-western sides of the site, while the hot summer winds are from the south and south-eastern sides of

Dimension & Area chart The site is open from the four sides which is a positive point that can give a view from all four elevations, One of the site›s best features is that it overlooks the Tigris River which gives it a nice view and can help in creating different levels while designing

Vehcles & Peddstrian Circulation Study

pedestrian movment car movment Al-Jadriya Bridge is crowded during working hours, which are limited between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. and this congestion causes noise to the site, while the rest of the streets are less crowded.

Pedestrian traffic is limited around the site’s boundaries and neighborhoods , so pedestrian traffic ranges between the site , the marina , the sports club , the parks and the river , there are many human gatherings on the bank of the river

As for the back façade, it will be low on glass and do not enjoy a wonderful view as in the front facade and contains the main entrance to the project ARCHITECTURE PORTFOLIO

We note that the front facade is mostly glass and it overlooks the river to enjoy a wonderful view and has a cafeteria overlooking the river
