Primrose currently serves on the National Executive Committee and is already part of our national leadership. She’s actively working to increase pay, improve working conditions, and end outsourcing across the rail, engineering, infrastructure, freight, maritime, offshore, and bus sectors. If elected, she’ll continue that work from day one.
A Trusted, Articulate Voice: Primrose has represented our union at national and international forums, always keeping equality on the agenda. She has worked with the wider trade union movement. She’ll ensure your voice is heard and your interests defended.
Winning for Members: With experience negotiating at director level and in tripartite talks, Primrose is ready to fight and win at negotiating table and on the picket line.
Protecting Pensions: Primrose is a Railway Pensions Committee Member, defending the retirement security of our members.
Defending Union Rights: Pushing back against anti-union laws and demanding legislation that supports workers.
Respect and Rights for Rail Workers: Campaigning for fair pay, job security, free travel, annual pay rises, and an end to outsourcing covering all rail staff across GBR, Scotland, Wales, freight, Network Rail, engineering, and infrastructure.
Leading on London Transport: Fighting to improve pensionable pay and job protections. and a pushing for reduced hours with no strings attached.
Backing Bus Workers: Driving pay up and driving hours down. Bus legislation must protect workers
Justice for Maritime & Offshore: Challenging low pay and excessive hours Fighting for equal rights with land-based workers.
Fighting for Insourcing: Bringing cleaners, caterers, security, and infrastructure staff and all outsourced workers back in-house where they belong.
