GREAT BRITISH RAILWAYS
ONE RAILWAY, ONE VOICE — NO WORKER LEFT BEHIND GBR is the biggest shake-up in our industry in a generation. But without strong union leadership, it risks dividing workers and watering down our collective power. As your NEC member, I will: • Fight for full integration — one publicly owned railway, uniting TOCs, Network Rail, and outsourced staff. • Push for one bargaining unit — a single National Council representing all rail workers. • Demand harmonised conditions — levelling up, not down. • No one left behind — every grade and sector must be integral to our railway’s future

Cleaners, caterers, security staff and support roles are the backbone of our railway.
From public transport to licensed taxis, road transport workers keep our communities moving, but face relentless pressure from bad employers, deregulation and unfair competition.

I will fight for: • Insourcing of roles across the industry • Equal pay, pensions and travel rights • A seat at the table - full union representation and bargaining rights You deserve the same respect and protections as any other transport worker and I will stand with you to win them.

PAY RESTORATION NO MORE FALLING BEHIND
Across our union members have endured years of below-inflation pay rises. Since Covid, our wages have fallen 15–20% behind in real terms whilst bills have soared. It’s time to fight back. We need pay restoration - not by selling conditions but by organising, uniting, and demanding our worth. I’ll campaign, organise and help prepare our members for the fight ahead.
