face industrially and politically. I have worked with reps and officers to fight and deliver for RMT members - insourced and outsourced workers - and will continue to do so if elected as your NEC member.

My track record is one of defending jobs, pay and pensions. I have experience of bringing about a successful end to disputes, which is what I believe you seek in a regionally elected executive member with a position of national responsibility.

Acting with integrity and responsibly when dealing with matters that affect you, I will use my experience to strengthen our union.

YOUR PRIORITIES ARE MINE From demonstrations and meetings to being

on picket lines with members at Network Rail, train operating companies, DHL and Atalian Servest, I have supported disputes outside of my own branch. I will represent every grade of our member-led union.

I will: Defend jobs, pay and pensions.

Fight against breaches of bargaining agreements and imposition of terms & conditions at Network Rail, train operating companies and all sectors.

Retain safety and equality on bargaining the agenda.

Fight against ticket office closures.

Oppose outsourcing and casualisation: ramp up the campaign.

Defend our rights: resist laws restricting effective industrial action.

EFFECTIVE EXPERIENCE

A second-generation rail worker with 11+ years in the industry.

Branch Secretary of the biggest and wellorganised branch in the region .

A local rep and convenor for Eurostar and associated contractors entrusted to negotiate at director level on pay & conditions Regional Council Equality Officer and AGM delegate.

Vice chair of the Station and associated grades’ conference An advocate of better communication and education to strengthen our union.

A trade union tutor teaching employment law to union reps in various unions.

WINNING FOR MEMBERS

Delivered above-inflation pay rises and secure jobs during the cost-of-living crisis.

Successfully defended members facing dismissal Protected members’ pensions as a pensions’ committee member Organised members at Eurostar to achieve an improved pay offer - up to 17% Led and supported successful industrial action at Eurostar and Churchill Negotiated on the only Churchill contract to concede more than the London Living Wage Secured improved contracts and a pay increase of up to 29% for Mitie security.

Primrose has negotiated at director level and won above-inflation pay rises, protected jobs, safety, conditions, pensions and fought against casualisation.

She has dealt with international arrangements affecting members at insourced and outsourced companies. She has the experience to focus on our priorities.

ORGANISE, EDUCATE, AGITATE

Primrose believes communication and education can strengthen our union.

She is a trade union tutor, teaching reps from various unions. The info videos she created to promote the ‘Save our ticket offices’ campaign, were used by our union nationally. She will ensure you know about matters affecting you.

Primrose is keen to work with reps and officers to organise our region.

Primrose understands the diversity of our membership. She has experience of fighting against discrimination in the workplace. She also tackles the poor treatment of members at outsourced companies. Primrose will ensure that equality and fairness remain on the agenda.
