of our pupils and staff is paramount and we regularly review our on-site arrangements. You may be aware that last year, we changed the location of the barrier in the Car Park to restrict vehicular access to the school in order to ensure the safety of pedestrians on site as well as improving general security. The barrier is manned between 8.00am and 6.00pm during term time to closely monitor the Car Park and ensure the safety of pupils walking in and around this area. We are now working with the Police Crime Prevention Officer to improve other aspects such as our lighting, signage and CCTV, and to restrict visitor access where possible.
