SIXTH FORM WEEKLY BULLETIN Friday 17th March 2017
Issue No: 35
Message from Mrs Freeman This has been a very eventful week; ranging from eating a variety of delicious cakes in the Sixth Form bake off (photos below), to an excellent talk on sexual health, as well as a chance for Year 12 to hear from Royal correspondent, Camilla Tominey. We are very grateful for the time that parents such as Camilla, give up to come and inspire our Sixth Form girls and I would like to take this opportunity to ask any parents of the current Sixth Form, that if they have anything to share or work experience to offer, then please get in touch. All experiences for our pupils are key to developing them into the delightful young women that they are! I for one am excited to see the rest of my department back from their Geography field trip; I understand that the Yearr 12 geographers were an absolute delight and incredibly hardworking (of course I knew this already!). As term draws to its conclusion everyone is starting to get tired; niggles build up and exhaustion over takes all rational thought. Remember to take some time to relax; look after yourself and others and the holidays will arrive soon enough! Have a good weekend everyone!
Congratulations to “Star Baker Elfreda from 6M1 whose rainbow cake was judged to be the overall winning cake!
