WELCOME TO THE BOARD

RMHC St. Louis welcomes the following individuals to the 2021 Board of Directors:

DAN HEGGER is Vice President, Compensation at Centene Corporation. This managed care organization provides access to high-quality healthcare, innovative programs, and a wide range of health solutions that help families get well and stay well. Dan has been part of Centene for the last four years, and before his current role, he led the HR Business Partner team for IT and Shared Services. He earned his undergraduate degree from Webster University. Dan has been working in the HR practice for the last 14 years and has worked on behalf of Ronald McDonald House Charities as a member of the HR Committee since 2015. Dan and his wife, Jessica, have three daughters, Emma, Abby, and Izzi.

DANNA STONE is the District Vice President, St. Louis District for Graybar, a leading distributor of electrical and communications products and related supply chain management and logistics services. Stone is a native of Champaign, Illinois, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution Management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She has completed executive leadership programs at the International Institute of Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland, as well as the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She lives in St. Louis with her husband, Steve, and their children, Devan and Dade.

PETE LILLY is the Director, Investor Relations at Emerson Electric. Pete earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Dartmouth College, where he also lettered in and captained the men’s varsity lacrosse team. After college, Pete served in the US Marines for nearly nine years with multiple deployments overseas. His Marines roles included UH-1 “Huey” helicopter pilot, instructor, helicopter maintenance division manager, and aviation simulator design and procurement officer. Pete transitioned from the military via graduate school, earning an MBA from Harvard University in 2015. Pete has been married for 14 years to his wife Julia. They have three children, Byron, Ella, and Jackie.
