Attracting many of the finest custom cars from around the world, this best-of-show competition is designed to stand alongside such prestigious competitions as the Ridler Award and America’s Most Beautiful Roadster.

And indeed it does, to wit: finalists from last year’s Barrett-Jackson Cup included Goodguys, AMBR and Ridler award winners.

What’s more, three of the most recognized names in the hot rod and custom car world — Bobby Alloway, Pete Chapouris and Bob Millard — have once again been enlisted as judges. Respected by industry insiders worldwide, this top-notch trio will pick a total of 25 cars from the Barrett-Jackson Cup Show-N-Shine car shows taking place on 4th Street in downtown Reno. Differing from years past, all 25 cars will be brought to the auction site, where the five finalists will be announced on Saturday. The Ultimate Best of Show winner will then be awarded the Barrett-Jackson Cup at the close of auction.
