In this edition, we would like to introduce Josephine Alder-Jeffs. Josephine is one of our Compliance Administrators. Josephine’s focus is processing audit requests and carrying out desk-based audits of some of our ATC/Ps. Josephine also offers support during this process. During the first year, we understand that IQA checks for each Trainer and Assessor may not have been completed (by the time of their audit); in this instance, we expect to see plans to show that each ATC/P is working towards this.

RLSS UK may check what policies, training, and criminal record checks are in place to ensure Safeguarding procedures are followed.

Welcome Webinar

We are here to support you if you are new to the Approved Training Centre/ Provider (ATC/P) Coordinator role.

The ATC/P Coordinator’s role is vital as they are the key contact between us, as the Awarding Organisation (AO), and the ATC/P. They are also responsible for ensuring the ATC/P is adhering to the Ts and Cs and relevant guidance documents.
