The Importance of Research

As an organisation with over 100,000 awards and qualifications awarded every year it is so important to us that we evolve our products and learn from research and data.

We work with a number of universities and research professionals, as well our Research and Insights Manager here at RLSS UK, to complete projects to give us a better understanding and test what we do.

Recent data collected from lifeguards produced some amazing claims about lifeguard interventions (see below) and a current project taking place in swimming pools throughout February and March will give an Operator view.

RLSS UK Trainer Assessors have also been to Holiday Villages Turkey, to train 108 TAG Live® Kids Clubs & Activities staff in ER-Pool.
