veterans affairs The United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is federal level department established to provide lifelong services to military veterans. From medical, education, to pension and burial benefits, the VA offers the military community numerous benefits to make their life after the military successful. Established after the Civil War and in honor of President Lincoln’s promise to those brave warriors who protected the country, the Veterans Affairs was born. The VA is regarded to the highest standard with trust and confidence. It is committed diligently to serve all the Veterans and their dependents driven to fulfill all the responsibilities in all levels. We are going to share veterans’ stories by publishing books. An interview format and autobiography that tell the readers their life experiences can be a collection that the VA can provide as a platform for our Veterans. Through these published books, the world can read more about what being in the service was like and how resilient our soldiers are.

The VA will be offering its own health insurance to our veterans. The VA have partnered with other health insurance and it’s about time for an exclusive insurance that veterans so deserve. After getting used to Tricare, when leaving the Army, health insurance is not as secured as Tricare.

Rather than finding educational videos on the VA site, having a YouTube channel dedicated to veterans where they could get answers to their FAQs would better serve them. YouTube is accessible and is a heavily used platform. From various videos on applying for benefits like GI Bill and Disability to different classes about life after the service like home buying, life insurances, and so on. Through this channel, we can have different platforms that conform to different veterans needs.

Homeless Veterans Charity’s main purpose is to provide support to homeless veterans and get them out of the streets. Funds from donations go to building tiny homes for them.

VA offers higher education benefits to those who have transfered their GI Bill to their children.

Separate from the GI Bill, from scholarships to grants, and discounted Veterans tuition fees, we can offer another monetary support to our veterans who want to purse higher education.

Every state has a VA facility, but not everyone can access these facilities due to distance. DE S CRIPTION A gala where Veterans can meet and greet will raise morale within the community and for them to network and learn from each other. The Army have annual ball event, and having one for our Veterans would be something that they could look forward to each year. We can offer awards of grants for businesses and awards for inspiring veterans who are making a difference already in the civilian world.

DE S CRIPTION Rather than finding educational videos on the VA site, having a YouTube channel dedicated to veterans where they could get answers to their FAQs would better serve them. YouTube is accessible and is a heavily used platform. From various videos on applying for benefits like GI Bill and Disability to different classes about life after the service like home buying, life insurances, and so on. Through this channel, we can have different platforms that conform to different veterans needs.
