HALF-DAY TRAINING SESSION Hiring, Training & Managing a Winning Team in Today’s Market Presented by Kate Peterson, Performance Concepts ‘’A small team of A+ players can run circles around a giant team of B and C players.” – Steve Jobs Hiring, training and maximizing the performance of top people are among the most challenging tasks facing business owners in our industry today. Experience, personality, skill, education… what exactly do you look for? How do you know when you have it? Once you hire that
potential superstar, how can you ensure that (s)he is brought up to speed quickly and efficiently – and that his/her talents are used to their fullest advantage as part of your team?
