The RJO team is in full planning mode as we prepare to shine bright in Schaumburg this summer! Registration guides for the Summer Buying Show are on their way to your mailbox, so be sure to check your mail and start planning your trip. Our host hotel has filled up quickly if you haven’t reserved your room yet, now is the time! We have three great overflows ready for our group! Don’t forget to check out the schedule on the back of this page and extend your stay you won ’t want to miss the incredible events we have planned just for you.
Next on the horizon: RJO Board of Directors elections. We are currently accepting applications for candidates through May 2nd, so if you ’ ve ever considered a leadership role within RJO, now is your time to shine. Voting will open May 9th please take a moment to learn about the candidates and cast your vote. As a member-owned organization, YOUR VOICE MATTERS!
Vendor of the Year nominations are also open. Retailer participation in these nominations has been historically low, but we know you have vendors who consistently go above and beyond. Take a moment to recognize those outstanding partners and show your appreciation.
Don’t forget, registration is also open for opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. Whether it' s enrolling in the *NEW* Management Development Program, attending a GIA Grading Lab, or traveling abroad with RJO to Antwerp & Italy, we encourage you to take advantage of these exciting ways to elevate your experiences this fall.

We are excited to welcome you to the RJO Summer Buying Show, where we are ready to Shimmer and Shine in our host city of Schaumburg, Illinois. This year we have four hotel properties which we will call home over the course of our event - Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel, Residence Inn Chicago Schaumburg/Woodfield Mall and the SpringHill Suite Chicago Schaumburg/Woodfield Mall. We are pleased to offer a free shuttle service between the Renaissance Convention Center to all our properties. Our anxious vendor partners will be ready to showcase their product on the buying room floor, located in the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center.

All qualifying retail members of RJO receive up to three consecutive nights' lodging compliments of RJO. Qualifying nights may only include Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday night stays. This does not include suite upgrades, additional persons or hotel amenities not included in the cost of the room.
Please note, retail members will make their own hotel reservations RJO will work with the hotel to have qualifying member's rooms billed to the master account You still must complete your actual show registration through RJO by either registering online or returning the mailed registration form.
