SANDRA REYNA, Finance Manager | Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) Sandra Reyna is a senior finance manager at the Air Force, Department of Defense (DOD) Commands and Agencies Business Unit. She compiles, analyzes, and presents financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities for customer groups; trains staff on system processes and functionality for SAIC; and assists in financial system upgrades. Reyna joined SAIC in 2011 as a staff accountant and progressed to senior finance manager, supporting various departments. Reyna completed a nomination-based program focused on accelerating the advancement of SAIC’s high-potential women at SAIC and earned a bachelor’s degree from William Paterson University.

TERIKA TALLIE-NORMAN, Network Engineer | General Motors Terika Tallie-Norman started her job at General Motors in June 2022. She joined a skilled team that supports various technologies like GM’s data centers, core networking, application services, and network security teams. Tallie-Norman has invested in her development by earning a bachelor’s degree in information technology with a minor in cyber security. She is working on obtaining a master’s

TIERRA LATHAN, Systems Engineer & Founder of Consult Lemonade | Plex Solutions LLC Tierra Lathan joined Plex Solutions in 2022 as a systems engineer. She demonstrated strong technical and leadership skills on projects supporting the intelligence community and the U.S. Department of Defense. Currently, she provides systems engineering support for a software development program, building tools that help advance national security interests. Lathan is also pursuing a master’s degree in IT and systems engineering at the University of Maryland. Additionally, she serves as the executive director of Consult Lemonade, a nonprofit organization that leverages innovation and technology to bridge the gap.

TOLU FAYANJUOLA, Knowledge Management Software Engineering Specialist | General Dynamics Electric Boat Tolu Fayanjuola has been working at General Dynamics Electric Boat for 16 years. She started her career as a software developer and proved her technical skills, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities. Fayanjuola has invested in improving and modernizing the company’s business systems, focusing on security and automation. She introduced efficient processes for ad-hoc tasks and streamlined operations wherever possible. Fayanjuola is also a valuable mentor to her team members and is actively involved in the Black Engagement Council of Electric Boat; For Women’s Advancement, Recognition, and Development; and NSBE. 
