ALEXANDRA “ALEX” NOWLIN, Marketing Technology Manager | Otis Elevator Company Alexandra Nowlin first worked as a marketing and communications specialist. Her main responsibilities included supporting change management and leading communications activities to create an inclusive sales and marketing team. She was instrumental in setting up a field and digital marketing team and introducing tools to automate lead generation. Her expertise led to a promotion to marketing technology manager in 2021. Currently, she owns the global marketing automation platform used by the organization for email marketing campaigns and digital lead generation. Nowlin also leads the integration of several CRM and e-commerce platforms.
ALEXANDRIA PROVENCHER, Sustainability Analyst | American Axle & Manufacturing Inc Alexandria Provencher has been working

at American Axle & Manufacturing (AAM) for less than a year but has already made significant contributions to the business. Her expertise in environmental engineering helped her develop data management processes that improved the company’s sustainability ratings. These processes focused on the strengths of the users, resulting in more complete and accurate global information. As a result, AAM’s CDP Climate rating improved from “C” to “A-” while its EcoVadis rating improved an entire tier, which is important for stakeholders and investors making decisions related to the company.
