WHAT WE DO? At BALSA, we specialize in turnkey, interior dĂŠcor and concept design, joinery works, exhibitions, display stands, shop-Fit outs, Furniture, Fixtures etc. and aggressively survived in the arena of dĂŠcor world to merit several notable sites to our credit and to the entire satisfaction to our patrons. 6
Having carried out many corporate decorating projects, we understand the difficulties that can arise when taking on such tasks. One of the main issues is timing: firms should not have to close for refurbishment (and hence lose business) while decorating is being carried out for any longer than is necessary. The key to combating this problem is Flexibility. By working at the weekend and/or during evening hours and by increasing the size of the painting and decorating team, work can be completed in the minimum amount of time with little or no inconvenience to our customers. Other techniques can be employed to further reduce inconvenience; the use of quick drying paints, low odour paints, lead free paints and Wet & Dry sand paper (reducing dust levels which may affect electronic equipment etc.).

First we meet to ensure that we understand all of your priorities and preferences. This usually takes the form of a draft brief where we set out your overall budget and scope

Final Plans We continue to work through plans and illustrations until we arrive at a final layout, specification, and detailed drawing from which to commence construction.

Initial Layout We will prepare a draft plan and an estimate for further discussion and refinement. We usually suggest making an appointment to visit our showroom and workshop at this stage so that you can see samples of furniture, work surfaces and finishes. 9
